Gordon L. Ellis is a founder of the Company and has been Chairman since July, 1988, President and CEO since November, 1996, and a Director since July, 1985.  Mr. Ellis is also a director of Absorption Corp.  Mr. Ellis is a professional Engineer and Geophysicist with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and International Finance. 

Douglas E. Ellis served as a Director of the Company from July, 1998 until June, 2004.   He has served as President of Absorpion Corp since March, 1999.  Prior to joining Absorption and helping to build its Bellingham facility, Mr. Ellis spend many years in the heavy construction industry as a project engineer for pulp and paper mills and related projects.

Shawn M. Dooley served as a Director of the Company from July, 1998 until June, 2003.  Mr. Dooley has been associated with Absorption Corp since 1991 and has been Vice-President, Sales and Marketing since 1998.  Prior to joining Absorption Corp, Mr. Dooley spent nine years at Purina Mills, Inc.  Mr. Dooley holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Agricultural Education and Agricultural Resource Economics.

David H. Thomspon is a Business Administration graduate of the University of Washington.  Prior to joining International Absorbents in 1993, he owned and operated several businesses in the travel industry and was the CFO of a consumer products mail order company.  He was appointed CFO of  International Absorbents in 1998 and became Corporate Secretary in 2003.
